Terms of Service (T.O.S.)
Please read this first before connecting with me ! Please and thank you for your interest!❤️I draw really anything as long as it’s not hateful and I have the right to turn down and refund any commissions I’m not comfortable with at anytime❤️!I do not draw scat, live birthing/crowning (egg-laying is ok), incest and am available for both sfw and nsfw pieces!(I share my complete NSFW pieces on patreon, see the final paragraphs about complete private commissions)Feel free to message me if you are curious about a certain topic!
The process of commission work begins with receiving full payment first!I do live outside of commissions, so keep this in mind for turnaround times.My current turnaround time is a month or less for each piece!
I tend to send my work in stages, via sketch, lineart, and final piece! During the stages, preferably the beginning stages, feel free to be upfront about what you would like to add or change! I want you to be most happy with the product and I won’t be hurt if I’m told to remake/redraw something !The sooner the better, and the sooner you will receive your work!
Also, concerning Patreon discounts, if there is an infringement upon the honor system and a discount code is used unfairly, the commission will automatically be refunded and the username provided will be banned from Patreon access immediately.
There will be no refund for that user’s patreon payments as well and will be blacklisted for all commissions.Please guys, let’s be respectful and feel free to ask me any questions or concerns you have!The discount is a gift, not to be abused.Concerning changes as the piece goes on, it is an additional +$5-$10 for fees for more than 3 changes in total made during any part of the process! More changes takes more time, thus it will cost more to spend longer on a piece for such choices.
This rule also follows concerning the comics and sequences, so be sure to be communicative in your initial commission interest and send plenty of references before drawing for what you desire!If you have any more questions concerning this, please feel free to let me know ! I’m happy to answer !
(Basically the first 3 changes are free and anymore is the $5-10 fee for each revision further!)In the end, I can email your piece to you directly or upload it on a collective google drive link! (Telegram also works great for file upload as well!😊👍)Please do not use or repost my work without credit and do not remove the signature on the art at any time!
In this notion, my art is to remain clear of AI prompting, training, and anything to do with AI technology.
Violation of this term will be cause for immediate blacklisting, no refunds, reporting account to community, and may result in legal consequences if continued or used for monetary gain.
We all have choices in life and I suggest you do not chose to waste it breaking artist’s terms of service and instead ask for advice and support those art whom you love and appreciate!I do not do refunds for digital artwork once the final product has been sent.
If there is a concern/question only during the process of the commission, I am open to discussion depending on the circumstances.There is a non-refundable 50% of the payment sent initially, if work has already begun, if the circumstances come to such.((For privacy, I allow anonymous commissions as well! (This means the piece will be shared, but no tags to the commissioner!)For completely private work, (not shared at all on Patreon or socials)

How Commissions Work❓:
1) Fill out the google form/Kofi links !

—Be sure to fill it out completely and send it in!➡️ For SEQUENCE AND COMIC FORMS ONLY, wait for a message from me if you are selected for your piece/pieces!
➡️If you do not get a message or see your name on the Trello following the form closing (1-2 days), be sure to apply next time there is an opportunity!****(All other commissions are automatically added to the Trello/Queue upon purchase/payment plans!)2) For all commission types, once messaged/added to the trello, be prepared to pay the invoice either full or payment plan wise! (I do not begin work until payment has been sent!)4) Work together to get your piece/pieces looking awesome!5) The final piece/pieces are sent and you are enjoying your wonderful art!😊
